To place an order on the Chef and the Cook web store, simply browse our catalogue for the items you wish to order, and add them to your cart. Once you have added all your desired products to the cart, make your way to the Checkout screen by hovering over the cart at the top of the page, to the right of the search bar, and selecting checkout from the dropdown menu. Once at the checkout, simply enter your details into the forms displayed, selecting your shipping and payment method, and then finalize your order.
You can view all orders you have placed on the Chef and the Cook website through the My Account page. To access this page, click the small padlock icon at the top of the screen, next to the cart. Once at this page, log into your Chef and the Cook account. Once logged in, your order history can be accessed by following the My Orders link in the left sidebar of the page.
You can update the information attached to your Chef and the Cook account through the My Account page. To access this page, click the small padlock icon at the top of the screen, next to the cart. Once at this page, log into your Chef and the Cook account. Once logged in, you can update your basic account information (First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password) through the Account Information page, accessible through the left sidebar. You can also update your shipping and billing address info on the Address Book page, accessed through the left sidebar.
