RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy tries to match the expectations of our customers whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the business. Anything contained below is in addition to any statutory rights under NSW law

14 day returns policy
This means you may return any item (except those listed below) for a full refund or exchange provided;

• Proof of purchase
• The items have not been used
• Returned with the original packaging intact

In other words we are able to re-sell the item as unused

Pots or pans and chefs knives
You may return pans/knives if not satisfied with the performance provided;

• Within 14 days (except where there is additional satisfaction period), You have only used 1 (one) piece THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT as we will not replace more than 1 used piece
• The item has not been damaged, misused or not used in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines eg knives cleaned in dishwasher, pan overheated.

Refurbished Kitchen Aid machines
These are sold strictly “as is” and clearly labelled refurbished Any warranty claims should be directed to Peter Mcinnes 1800 990990

            They have expertise and can resolve issues quickly

Books
We do not accept any books for return unless authorised prior to purchase

Food
We are not allowed to accept any food for return. NSW and Insurance policy guidelines clearly prohibit re selling food

On Line sales
This policy also covers on line sales but the 14 days is from receipt.
We will not refund postage or associated costs
