Unity by Regal Ware is a range of cookware that matches the correct material to the job rather than a one size fits all approach.
There are tri-ply stainless steel pans (stainless steel with aluminium core) for sauces, chocolate where the heat is evenly distributed over the entire pan including the sides for optimum, gentle heat transfer.
Stainless steel with encapsulated aluminium bottomed frypans to provide direct intense heat to the pan base – great for steaks and sautéing.
Heavy duty solid cast aluminium roasting pans, Dutch ovens and stock pots for long simmering stews, roasts and casseroles.
All pans come with cast stay-cool steel handles firmly riveted to each pan.

The frypans and aluminium pans have the latest in non stick technology – 'eco-satin'. This is a non PFOA coating which offers long lasting wear as well as being better for the environment – no more bits of black loose coating in your food or dead budgies from toxic fumes!
